KarmaCX provides AI-powered customer support automation services. Our demo and prototype features are offered "as is" for evaluation purposes.
3. Demo Usage
Our interactive demo is provided for evaluation purposes only. Users agree not to enter sensitive, personal, or confidential information in demo interfaces.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances
- Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
5. Limitation of Liability
KarmaCX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KarmaCX and its licensors.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
